For the Rookie, Starter, All-Star and MVP levels, below are links to the practice plans with video playlists. Each curriculum page has a link to the Skills Checklist for that level. Practice plans and skills checklists can be downloaded.

The Jr. NBA also groups the practice videos into playlists by skill category (there are also instructional playlists by NBA Coaches and Players):
