Chair drill
 | 1 coachesclipboard.ca A chair on each side at the arc, coach in the lane. 1 dribbles at the chair, makes a move to go by on the right (specified by coach), then attacks coach. If coach stays back, 1 shoots; if coach steps up to the inside, 1 drives by on the right; if coach steps up to the outside (shown), 1 crosses over to go by on the left. 1 rebounds then attacks the other chair going back. Option - coach specifies the moves, e.g., crossover, spin, behind the back, inside-out. |
