Dribble fullcourt with the right hand, shoot a 15-foot shot, repeat coming back, then dribble up and back with the left hand, shoot 15-foot shots.

Shot progression

- dribble fullcourt, self pass, 15-foot shots
- 3's off the dribble
- dribble, self pass, 3's.

16 shots in total, then finish with two free throws.
Basketball WA - Cardio jump shooting - starting from the basket, dribble fullcourt in 3 dribbles or 3 seconds for a jump shot, keep going until a target or time limit is reached.
