Fullcourt layups, 3 balls at each end, speed dribble, push the ball out front. |

| 2 Give the player ahead of you a head-start (e.g., 2-3 dribbles), rebound from behind shooters (not from in front), shooters go to the back of the rebounding line.
A coach or manager at each end counts makes (a backboard swish helps out), go for one minute then even out the lines and switch sides.
