 | 1 Each player dribbles a full-court figure 8 always using the outside hand. Progressions - when coach yells "change", switch hands and dribble the other direction - on "change", jump stop, pick up the ball, pivot, then dribble the other direction - dribble around the court perimeter, not in a figure 8 (option - spin dribble in the corners).
