Rebounding

1) Defensive rebounding

4 tosses a ball to coach, who shoots off the backboard to the other side, 4 rebounds (keep the ball high unless you are going to dribble), steps into an outlet pass, goes to the back of the line, 5 goes next.

2) Offensive rebounding (no outlet)

Coach tosses the ball of the backboard,

a) jump, catch and dunk, or tip it in,

b) swim around a dummy [or another coach] for a rebound, finish,

c) tip-ins from the weakside.
