 | 1 Forwards O4 and O5 have defenders. The ball is passed back and forth between 2 and 3, defenders jump with the ball, 2 or 3 shoots when coach calls "shot", X4 and X5 box out O4 and O5, play to a stop or score. Rotate passers to forwards, forwards to defenders, defenders off. Options - allow passes to and from O4 and O5 - defenders run after an offensive rebound - if they score, attackers can give up an offensive rebound when they switch to defence and not run. |
