 | 1 Bruce Pearl 5-man break versus a triangle defence. Coach shoots, he is on the same team as the three team X defenders. The players on team O take a man, including coach, box out on the shot. |
 | 2 Team X can attack with an offensive rebound. On a defensive rebound by team O, one X defender will jump up on the ball (jam the rebounder), another will face guard point guard O1, the third X defender steps off. On an outlet pass, team O attacks the other basket 5 on 0. |
