Dribbling
Wave

Players spread facing coach, with balls:

a) in a parallel stance, dribble in whichever direction coach points, with any hand

b) coach pretends to dribble with one hand, players dribble with the other (mirror coach)

c) coach can do parallel or perpendicular dribble stance

d) partners are paired up, e.g., 1 and 4, 4 faces coach and mirrors him, 1 faces 4 and mirrors him (learn to look through the defence while dribbling)

e) then 1 without a ball defends 4 up close - dirty-shirt defence, all over him

f) two players are without balls, each calls a dribbler's name (who keeps dribble alive), if they put up two hands, get and return a pass (dribbler does not pivot to pass, pass in the plane of the body, otherwise xreceiver has time to recover), otherwise no pass.
