Use cones about 3 feet apart [or an agility ladder].

Facing north,
- run through, one step between each cone
- double step - run through, two steps between each cone (R-L or L-R)
- Ickey shuffle - starting from one side, in-in-out to the other side, in-in-out to the starting side (shown)
- starting between the first two cones, step out L-R to the left, step in the next space R-L, back out L-R to the left.

Facing west,
- side slide - lateral R-L between each cone
- from the right side, in-in-out-out the other side, in-in-out-out back to the starting side.
