Frankston 4-man spot-up
 | 1 Frankston Blues Rebounder 4, passers 2 and 3, shooter 1, who catches and shoots off passes coming from the right and left. 3 passes to 1, 4 rebounds and gets the ball back to 3, 2 passes to 1 etc. Keep the anchor foot (non-dominant foot) directed to the basket and the shooting foot behind, catch and step into each shot with the shooting foot. Rotate players. |
