a) Spin dribble
From the left, dribble to the elbow with the right hand, reverse pivot, one right-hand dribble (don't pick it up and spin), one left-hand dribble, finish with a layup.
Work both sides.
From halfcourt, dribble with the left hand, crossover right at the first cone, crossover left at the second cone, power dribble at the third cone, wrap the ball up, elevate against a shot blocker (pro hop).
- to protect the ball, bring it around behind your back, lay it in with the right hand
- change the cones to crossover left, right, then finish on the left.
Starting with the right hand, 1 will make a double move at the first and second cones (e.g., double crossover), then at the third cone make an inside-out move (shoulder roll) to the middle and finish, or crossover baseline into a power layup.
- make a triple move at the first cone (option - start with the left hand)
- always make a double crossover at the second cone.
