 | 1 Team O is always on attack, team X defends. Team X scores 1 point for a stop, team O gets 1 point for a made basket or offensive rebound, continue, play to 7, then switch offence and defence. 
 Variations
 
 - team O starts with 5 lives, gains a life on a score or offensive rebound, loses a life on a stop, teams switch at 0 lives
 - team O attacks 7 times, then switches
   Frankston Blues - 7-point game - 5 on 5 to 7 points with one team playing defence the entire game, the defence gets 2 points for a loose ball or charge and 1 point for a stop, the offence gets 2 points for an offensive rebound and normal scoring for all baskets.   Ben Jacobson - variations a) Defence gets 2 points for a recovering a loose ball or taking a charge, 1 point for a stop, offence gets 2 points for an offensive rebound, regular scoring for a basket, and 1 point if they get fouled. Play to 7 points, losers run. b) 7-point game. 15-18 seconds on the shot clock, defence gets 1 point for a stop, regular scoring for offence plus 2 points for a foul.
