Rebounding
Michigan State 2 on 2

sketch

beone.basketball.ca

Two teams, each team with a player at a block and opposite elbow. Coach shoots. Elbow players are offensive rebounders, each can rebound then immediately shoot. Players at the blocks are defensive rebounders, if either rebounds coach's shot he must take the ball out then attack 2 on 2 with partner. After the rebound on coach's shot all rebounds are considered offensive rebounds, play until there is a score. There are no fouls. Keep score.

Option - top and bottom players switch for the next round, then new players come on (2 on 2 blockout).

Variations

- change coach's shot
- all scores must be layups.
