Rebounding
2 on 1

Basketball Highway

Coach shoots. Attacker O2 crashes the boards from above the foul line when the ball hits the backboard or the rim. X1 must box out closest offensive rebounder O1 on the shot (O1 is directly behind him), then explode to the ball before O2 can get to it. X1 grabs and chins the balls, makes a 1/4 pivot in the air, and makes an overhead outlet pass to the other coach.

Variations

- O1 starts as if flashing to the ball, and X1 denies the flash
- allow the offensive rebounders to double team the defensive rebounder, who keeps his elbows wide and makes a low and long break-out dribble before making the outlet pass
- the defensive rebounder tosses the ball off the backboard to start the drill.
