Sealing
 | 1 Post workouts coachesclipboard.ca 4 tries to seal 5 by putting lead foot between 5's legs, then calls for the ball and tries to score. When the ball is reversed, 5 seals 4. Variation - don't throw the ball into the post, just work on sealing and footwork. |
