Duke zone shots

 | 3 c) A weakside low post cracks in to seal the weakside low defender, or flashes to an open area, catch and face, follow your shot. |
 | 4 d) Use two low-post attackers, swing the ball back and forth, don't always hit a post, let them move around, they should flash and post over and over. |
