Star burst
 | 1 Above the Rim Basketball School Players start in the centre circle, each with a ball. On the signal each player dribbles and scores at all six baskets then returns to the centre circle. Squats, push-ups etc. for the last to finish. Here player 1 goes clockwise, player 8 goes counter-clockwise. Option - dribble and/or shoot with non-dominant hand only. Selwyn de Souza - around the world layups - between side baskets, dribble to the middle of the floor to get an angle for the layup. |
