4 and 5 ballscreen for 1, doublescreen for 2, then cross and go to opposite low posts. 4 first freezes his defender by showing his hands to ask for the ball. 1 looks to 2 or 3 for 3-point shots. 42 Pinch - 2 cuts up between 4 and 5. Also see Horns 23 CDL.

Option - 1 uses a ballscreen, or 4 and 5 set ballscreens, only if strong ball pressure.

Variations
- 3 uses the double screen, 2 doubles back to the ballside corner
- if 4 is a shooter, he flares to the weakside ( Quick hitter - Atkins trey)
- 4 breaks around 5, 5 comes backs to the ball opposite 4's cut (Horns 23 Michigan)
- 4 cuts high if defenders switch, 5 goes low
- after screening for 2, 4 and 5 double or stagger screen for 3 (Horns 1 Spain)
- if 1 passes to 2, 5 comes back to ballscreen
- start in an inverted box set, with 2 and 3 on the blocks (Quick hitter - America's play).
