Free throws

a) Players at two or more baskets. Each player shoots two free throws. Team goal is X made free throws, run conditioners equal to any deficit. Then reduce the team goal by 1 and repeat. Continue until the team goal is made.

Variation - one player can shoot one free throw, double or nothing.

b) A group of players at each basket. Each player shoots 2 free throws, the losing team runs conditioners equal to the deficit.

Options

- first team to make 5 or 10 free throws
- which team can make the most consecutive free throws in X minutes, each player shoots two then rotate, re-set count to zero on miss.

c) 1 shoots a free throw, all players run a conditioner on a miss, repeat until 1 makes a free throw.

Variations

- continue until 3 different shooters have each made a free throw
- make two out of two or run.
 
Mike Ingram (Winning Hoops) - all players run down and back on a miss (the shooter must first touch the near baseline), then the next player shoots.
