Three teams, 3 on 3 motion ballscreens, coach is a weakside release man, make-it take-it against new defenders (who always come on).

a) Ballside low post

1 passes to 2, follows to ballscreen, pops, then uses a backscreen from 5. 2 can pass to coach who can hit 1 going to the basket (shown).

If 2 is overplayed, 1 dribbles at him for a hand-off (or backdoor) then pops and uses 5's screen.

If there is no play, re-set (attackers are in different positions), continue on a return pass from coach.

Continue then change sides.

b) Weakside low post

1 passes to 2, follows to ballscreen, pops, 5 sets a second (fist) ballscreen for 2 and rolls.
